Privacy and cookie policy

This policy explains what data we collect when someone fills in the appointment form on this site, what we use it for, and how to ask us to delete it.
Who is responsible for your data
Digital Medic is the data controller for the data collected through this site.
What data we collect
The five items you enter in the form: first and last name, sex, age, phone number and email address. Sex and age are requested only to prepare the consultation, and they are optional in the sense that you can choose "Prefer not to say".
We do not ask for any clinical information in the form: no symptoms, diagnoses or treatments. Please do not write them there either. If you have an emergency, go to the hospital or call by phone.
If you come from an ad, we also store the technical identifier that the advertising platform adds to the web address. It tells us which ad worked, and it cannot identify you on its own.
What we use it for
To contact you and schedule your consultation. Nothing else. We do not sell it, we do not share it with third parties for commercial purposes, and we do not send you advertising you have not asked for.
How long we keep it
If you do not become a patient, your data is deleted after 7 days.
If you become a patient, your clinical information becomes part of the practice's medical record and is kept for the period required by health regulations, which is independent of this site.
Who we share it with
The form is sent through a technical provider that only delivers the message to Digital Medic's contact inbox, from where the appointment is coordinated with the practice. That provider acts as a data processor and does not use your data for anything else.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to tell you what data we hold, to correct it or to delete it. Write to onviralweb@gmail.com and we will get back to you.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses Google Analytics to measure how many people visit it and where they come from. Google Analytics only loads if you press "Accept" on the notice that appears when you arrive. If you press "Reject" or make no choice, it does not load and no data is sent to Google.
To remember your choice, we store an entry in your browser that contains no personal information.
Google Analytics cookies last up to two years. You can change your choice at any time from "Cookie preferences", on this page or at the bottom of the site; if you withdraw it, we delete those cookies. You can also delete them from your browser settings.
We do not use advertising or ad-tracking cookies, and we do not enable ad personalization or Google signals.
The appointment form is protected with Cloudflare Turnstile, a service that verifies the form is being submitted by a real person without showing a visible challenge. How Turnstile handles data is described in the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
